Thinking, Conception and Construction of Intelligenism: From Theory to Organization is an original work written by Minghai Zhuo, aimed at proposing and exploring “Intelligenism” as a novel sociological and organizational theoretical framework. The book does not focus on artificial intelligence technology itself, but rather draws on the structure and mechanisms of neural networks in deep learning, while attempting to view organizations formed by the aggregation of intelligent agents (including humans) as intelligent agents themselves, with individuals within the organization regarded as neurons. This approach reexamines the manifestation of intelligence in individuals, organizations, and society, to construct more competitive and adaptive commercial and social organizational forms—the “Intelligent Consortium.” In the core definition of Intelligenism, the Intelligent Consortium is an organizational system aimed at maximizing the intelligence of the organization (intelligent agent), emphasizing the assembly of simple individuals into a higher-intelligent whole through specific collaborative methods, surpassing the order and control logic of traditional Cybernetics organizations.

Intelligenism Agent Framework(IAF) is an open-source, pure-Python agent framework in just over 2,000 lines of code. Inspired by the building-block philosophy of Minecraft, it turns agents, multi-agent collaboration, and workflow orchestration (including cron scheduling) into independent, composable modules. Both humans and AI can freely assemble, combine, and even rebuild these blocks.

IAF is not just another multi-agent framework. It is the first practical implementation of Intelligenism — a theoretical framework on how intelligence emerges in organisations, whether human, artificial, or hybrid.
